* Formation en informatique, gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent.
 * Expérience en analyse fonctionnelle, business analysis ou gestion de projets IT.
 * Esprit analytique, sens de l'organisation et orientation solution.
 * Bonne compréhension des processus métier.
 * Capacité à analyser et formaliser des besoins fonctionnels.
 * Compétences en modélisation des processus
 * Connaissance des méthodologies projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 * Bonnes compétences en communication et coordination.
 * Maitrise du français et de l'anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
 * Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

## Description

il es responsable de la collecte, de l'analyse et de la formalisation des besoins métiers afin de garantir que les solutions informatiques répondent aux attentes des utilisateurs et aux objectifs de l'organisation. Il agit comme interface entre les équipes métier et les équipes techniques (MOE / IT).
