## About the Role

* You re fluent in the English language as well as "business" to "tech" and can translate vice versa
 * You have at least 5+ years of experience within the area of IT and at least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
 * You have deep knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Solid coordination, communication, and crisis management skills
 * Good understanding of common Security & Compliance practices, * You are a people-oriented individual who helps others with an open and approachable attitude
 * You enjoy working with modern technologies and are not afraid of learning some new tricks
 * You are pragmatic and empathic towards your team members and other stakeholders
 * You have a proactive mindset, looking for recurring issues and opportunities to improve the user experience
 * You bring some experience with Project- and Service management
 * You are not afraid of tackling larger projects and know how to break them down into smaller, achievable milestones
 * You have experience with structuring/restructuring teams to improve efficiency and ensure the right talent is in the right "gear" for the best output.
 * You have an eye for improving workflows and processes to eliminate friction and waste.

The logistics:

 * Commitment: Minimum 32 to 40 hours per week.
 * Location: Hybrid workspace (minimum 2 days a week in our Utrecht office).
 * Right to work: Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship required.

## Description

* Mentor and coach team members, providing performance feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development and skill building
 * Dive into technical challenges alongside the team
 * Keep a good overview of our automations and make sure information is well documented
 * Support & plan the rollout of new tools, devices, and processes, ensuring smooth adoption by our end-users
 * Liaise on issues with large(r) impact with team members, departments, and stakeholders
 * Planning and reviewing OKRs

 * Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts meet organizational needs and cost objectives
