You will explore the needs of customers and users, translate insights into design concepts and prototypes, and refine solutions through research, testing and stakeholder feedback. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, engineering, usability and relevant business domains. Applying a holistic perspective, you will consider how individual design elements interact within the broader product and service ecosystem. You will also contribute to the organization's design language system and support the development of trustworthy experiences for AI-powered capabilities. Throughout your work, you will balance user needs, design quality and accessibility with project timelines and budget constraints.
