## Description

Notre client souhaite renforcer l'équipe sur la partie support de Niveau 2/3 avec un profil d'Ingénieur Support.

Dans un contexte agile, ta mission sera :

 - Traiter et/ou dispatcher les tickets N2
 - Identifier les incidents récurrents et proposer des améliorations
 - Réduire les tâches en les automatisant
 - Bien communiquer autour des incidents
 - Identifier les incidents, les remonter et accompagner dans la mise en place des correctifs
 - Débriefer les tickets avec l'équipe
 - Améliorer le monitoring/alerting
 - Rédaction de la documentation et des fiches pratiques
 - Administrer les outils de production
 - Former les niveaux 1 de support (Helpdesk / CRC)
 - Participer aux mises en production
 - Participer aux astreintes de l'équipe
