## About the Role

De formation supérieure dans le domaine de l'IT, vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 1 an sur des fonctions similaires.

Vos qualités relationnelles, votre rapidité d'adaptation et votre pédagogie sont des atouts indéniables pour mener à bien votre mission.

Vous maitrisez les environnements Windows et MacOS et êtes capable de diagnostiquer et de résoudre les problèmes techniques. De même, vous êtes à même d'installer et configurer les outils de mobilité (téléphone portable, pc portable, tablette ...).

Anglais technique.

Logiciels utilisés : Outil de ticketing (Service Now). Suite Office, outil de softphonie (Teams).

Habilitation HOBO.

## Description

Au sein d'un campus et d'une équipe de Techniciens informatique de geste de proximité, votre rôle est de :

 - A partir d'un comptoir, prendre en charge toutes les demandes et incidents des utilisateurs de notre client.

 - Assister et former les utilisateurs pour les demandes et incidents liés aux outils de mobilité (laptop, smartphone, tablettes...).

-Mise à jour de matériel/logiciel.

 - Prêt de matériel.

 - Dotation et récupération de matériel.
