## Description

* Provide 2nd line support across desktop, server, and cloud environments
 * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
 * Diagnose networking issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and firewalls
 * Assist with infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and IT projects
 * Support backup solutions and business continuity systems
 * Maintain accurate documentation and manage tickets within agreed SLAs
 * Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base
