## Description

* Assist in the development of new applications and enhancement of existing systems.
 * Support and maintain business-critical software systems.
 * Produce program specifications for system changes and new developments.
 * Write, test, and maintain code across a variety of technologies used within the department.
 * Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and documented.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating where appropriate.
