## About the Role

* Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
 * Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP PP and SAP QM
 * Solid understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor operations, and quality management processes
 * Proven experience in an AMS, ADM, or application support environment
 * Broad knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and SAP PM

## Description

* Provide 2nd/3rd line functional support across S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules
 * Investigate shopfloor issues and support manufacturing execution, MRP, and production orders
 * Oversee defect management and notifications
 * Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements
 * Work closely with end users to minimise operational disruption
 * Collaborate with broader SAP teams to ensure clean integration across Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM)
 * Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements
