* MSc or PhD in Maths, Physics, or a similar high-maths field
 * 3+ years of commercial or academic experience working on machine learning modelling and simulation projects
 * Good experience working on ML-assisted hardware or accelerator platforms like GPUs and the associated tools, such as CUDA and TensorFlow
 * Solid experience using C++, Python, or Rust for development and algorithm design
 * Previous experience working on low-latency distributed systems using PCIe or similar is highly desirable
