About the roleOur customer data is processed through our AI pipeline, producing a rich and continually evolving dataset. You'll work with that data to understand how each customer is using our technology, where value is being realised, and where there's opportunity to do more. Your analysis will inform decisions across product, commercial and customer teams, and will often be shared directly with our clients.
