## About the Role

* Strong Python and JavaScript programming skills.
 * Experience building data pipelines and ETL solutions.
 * SQL and NoSQL database experience.
 * Statistical analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
 * Linux/Unix experience.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
 * A relevant technical degree, such as Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Desirable

Experience with MQTT, OPC UA, TCP/IP, machine learning/AI, C++, Digital Twins, MATLAB, Minitab, Simulink, WITNESS or Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage.

## Description

* Build and automate data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools such as Node-RED.
 * Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases for industrial data.
 * Develop dashboards and analytics to improve manufacturing performance.
 * Use Python, JavaScript and statistical analysis to identify inefficiencies and support process improvement.
 * Support IoT, machine monitoring, smart tooling and predictive maintenance solutions.
 * Work with engineering and operational teams to take solutions from requirements through to deployment.
