## About the Role

* Previous experience within a 1st / 2nd Line, Service Desk or Desktop Support environment.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop and common business applications.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and user account administration.
 * Good understanding of Active Directory / identity and access management.
 * Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripheral hardware.
 * Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Strong communication skills and confidence supporting users at all levels.
 * Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple incidents.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across desktop, laptop, software and user-access issues.
 * Troubleshoot incidents across hardware, operating systems, applications and connectivity.
 * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account access and permissions.
 * Own incidents and service requests through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
 * Support users remotely and face-to-face across our London office.
 * Maintain accurate ticketing, technical documentation and knowledge-base information.
 * Work closely with wider IT teams to resolve recurring issues and improve the overall user experience.
