Working under the guidance of the Lead Salesforce Developer, the role exists to translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and well-documented code, contributing meaningfully to the team's output while continuing to grow in technical depth and independence.This is a development role with real ownership. The Salesforce Developer is expected to work autonomously on assigned tasks, uphold coding standards, support testing and deployment activities, and collaborate closely with the whole delivery team to ensure solutions are fit for purpose in a regulated financial environment.In short, the Salesforce Developer is a capable and motivated practitioner who delivers quality work, asks the right questions, and is actively developing, & Communication: Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst and Lead Developer to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and propose practical technical approaches.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the codebase and platform over time, flagging technical debt and suggesting enhancements that improve maintainability, performance, or user experience.Cross-Functional Support: Support QA and UAT activities by working alongside the quality assurance team to resolve defects and validate solutions ahead of release.Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for your work and contribute to shared knowledge resources within the team.Skills and Attributes required:2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with solid proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative development tools.Good working knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, object model, security model, and governor limits.Experience building or maintaining
