* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator oder ein vergleichbares Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration und Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, Switching)

 * Erfahrung mit DATEV-Anwendungen ist wünschenswert

 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

 * Administration und Pflege der IP-Telefonie-Systeme
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Rollout von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Überwachung der IT-Systeme sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
