## Description

* Verantwortlich sein für die Administration und kontinuierliche Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs unserer teilweise hochverfügbaren Kundenumgebungen
 * Microsoft 365 Services (Tenant, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID etc.) verwalten und administrieren
 * Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien in M365 pflegen und umsetzen
 * Kundenumgebungen im Rahmen von Managed Services betreuen
 * Health Checks und Migrationsprojekte (z. B. Exchange zu M365, lokale AD zu Entra ID) umsetzen
 * Das Service Desk Team im 2nd/3rd Level Support bei Microsoft 365-Themen unterstützen
 * Bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Services für KMU und Enterprise mitwirken
 * Unser Service Management im PreSales unterstützen
 * In vielfältigen IT-Projekten mitwirken und eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte übernehmen
