## Description

* Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für verschiedenen Kunden im Service Desk bzw. User Helpdesk
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung per Remote
 * Dokumentation in einem Ticketsystem
 * Weiterleitung der Tickets an nachfolgende Supporteinheiten gemäß den Service-Level-Agreements
 * Pflege von Systemdaten und der Wissensdatenbank, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
 * Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
