Sie stehen für die fachliche Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung der Benutzer zur Verfügung. Typische Einsatzgebiete in der Fachrichtung Systemintegration sind zum Beispiel Rechenzentren, Netzwerke, Client/Server-Systeme, Festnetze oder Funknetze.
