* Koordination von Nutzeranfragen für die intern betreuten IT-Dienstleistungen
 * Unterstützung bei der fachgerechten Störungs- und Problembeseitigung
 * Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung ankommender Anfragen sowie die Initiierung von Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen, auch in Kooperation mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Zuständigkeit für die Betreuung von Kundenanfragen sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Bedienung von Anwendersystemen und Peripheriegeräten
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Support-Betriebs sowie Optimierung der IT-Service-Prozesse
