## About the Role

Ideally, you are studying (business) informatics, data science, industrial engineering, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

 * First practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, recruiting, employer branding, marketing analytics or related areas
 * Affinity for digital platforms and IT-based processes
 * Interest in Power BI, dashboards, reporting and digital analysis platforms; initial knowledge of Excel, SQL or DAX is an advantage
 * Analytical thinking and a strong sense of quality
 * Structured, careful and independent way of working
 * Strong communication skills and pleasure in working with different stakeholders
 * Organizational skills and ideally initial experience in agile working methods
 * Fluent written and spoken German and English

Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.02.2027:

 * Development, optimization and quality assurance of Power BI dashboards and reports for HR, recruiting and management analyses
 * Conducting structured quality tests including review of KPIs, DAX measures, visualizations, filters, and data logics
 * Development and rebuilding of recruiting and web analysis dashboards based on Azure Data Lake and Mapp Intelligence
 * Administration of the Power BI service including data updates, gateways, workspaces, and reporting processes
 * Analysis of A/B tests, customer feedback, surveys and user paths to optimize dashboards and digital offerings
 * Assistance with analytical case studies, presentations and workshops for internal stakeholders
