Sie betreiben die Hardware- und Softwarelösungen für komplexe Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme. Sie installieren und konfigurieren Benutzerendgeräte und Serversysteme. Dazu gehört deren Planung, Analyse und Realisierung in komplexen IT- Umgebungen. Die Wartung und Instandsetzung dieser Anlagen und Geräte gehört ebenfalls zu ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Zudem bieten sie den Nutzer:innen, bei Anwendungsproblemen, Unterstützung und Informationen an.
