 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software per Remote- oder Onsite-Support
 * fachliches Eskalationsmanagement und Unterstützung im IT Service Desk bzw. Helpdesk
 * Pflege der Dokumentationen und Optimierung der Abläufe
