· Ein hohes Maß an Engagement Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist sowie Spaß an neuen Technologien
· Du überzeugst durch gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

· Du planst und setzt Microsoft-Infrastrukturprojekte um - z. B. Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
· Du führst Microsoft365-Lösungen ein und begleitest Migrationen (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
· Du entwickelst und realisierst hybride Infrastrukturen, die lokale Systeme mit cloudbasierten Lösungen verbinden
· Du konzipierst und implementierst IaaS-Lösungen - z. B. virtuelle Server, Netzwerk- und Speicherlösungen
· Du analysierst bestehende IT-Umgebungen und findest smarte Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
· Du berätst Kunden technisch wie strategisch - praxisnah, ehrlich und lösungsorientiert
