 * IT-Support:
 + Du unterstützt die Mitarbeiter bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung.
 * System- und Netzwerkbetreuung:
 + Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Clients, Server, Netzwerke und Peripheriegeräte.
 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung:
 + Du richtest Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechte ein und verwaltest diese sowie die IT-Assets.
 * Dokumentation & Projekte:
