 * Erfahrung im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support mit direktem Anwenderkontakt
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
Nice-to-haves

 * Erfahrung im Healthcare-IT-Umfeld (RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7) - wir arbeiten dich aber auch gerne ein
 * Kenntnisse in VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup, Azure AD
 * Sophos-Zertifizierung oder Erfahrung mit SIEM/Zero-Trust
