 * Bearbeitung der täglichen Useranfragen (Innen- und Außendienst) aus allen Ländern und Business Units
 * Direkte Mitarbeit am Projektgeschehen
 * Begleitung bei Länderrollouts
 * Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten
 * Erarbeitung von Lösungen für technischen Probleme und Änderungsanforderungen mit verschiedenen CRM-Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung bei Userschulungen
