## About the Role

Mindestens 6 bis 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als leitender IT-Projektmanager in komplexen IT-Umsetzungs- und Integrationsprojekten, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld (Handel, E-Commerce oder Retail).
Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in Doppelspitzen oder Unterstützungsrollen, bei denen interne Projektleiter operativ entlastet und Teilbereiche eigenständig zum Erfolg geführt wurden.
Zertifizierung als PRINCE2® Practitioner (mind. 6./7. Edition), PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Lieferframeworks (wie Scrum und Kanban) sowie erprobte Erfahrung darin, klassische Stage-Gate-Governance mit agiler Entwicklung zu verknüpfen.
Tiefes Anwenderwissen in Atlassian Jira und Confluence (inkl. Board-Konfiguration, Roadmap-Planung, Epic-/Story-Strukturierung) sowie in gängigen Projektportfolio-Tools.
Erfahrung in der Einführung von SaaS-Enterprise-Lösungen, Vendor-Audit-Prozessen sowie in der Begleitung internationaler Multi-Country-Rollouts.
Routinierter Umgang mit IT-Projektbudgets, Investitions- und Betriebskostenrechnungen (z. B. TCO) sowie konzerninternen Verrechnungssystematiken.
Verfügbarkeit für einen sofortigen Projektstart (ASAP)
