## Description

Install and maintain hardware inside data centers. You will work with remote engineers to complete physical tasks such as installing servers, running cables, and replacing failed parts.
What you will do

 * Install, cable, and label servers, switches, and storage equipment.
 * Replace drives, memory, power supplies, fans, and optical components.
 * Test repairs before closing work tickets.
 * Run, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
 * Follow diagrams, work instructions, and approved maintenance schedules.
 * Give remote engineers clear updates on what you see and do.
 * Record equipment serial numbers, connections, and locations.
 * Follow site security procedures when removing or disposing of hardware., You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first assignment is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
