## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.
Mandatory Requirements

 * Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
 * Strong hands-on experience with:

 * Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
 * Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
 * Oracle Cloud Absence Management
 * Integration of Time and Absence with Oracle Cloud Payroll
 * Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
 * Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations.
 * Strong understanding of configuration, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prior K-12 education industry experience is highly preferred.
 * Experience working with public sector or educational institutions is a plus., Qualifications Basic At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud including Fast Formulae, BI reporting, HCM Extract, PBL, HDL and Personalization Preferred At least 8 y…
