 * 2-4+ years of experience in data validation, supplier onboarding, procurement, or administrative operations
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 * High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
 * Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
 * Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
 * Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities, * College coursework or degree
 * Experience with supplier setup, procurement processes, or data validation workflows
 * Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, RightAngle, Allegro, etc.)
 * Experience in the energy or industrial industry

 * Standard office environment with regular computer use
 * Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Setup & Data Analyst to support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier data across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment., * Manage supplier setup and maintenance for both commodity and non-commodity vendors

 * Review and validate documentation including W-9s, supplier setup forms, MSAs, invoices, and banking/contact information
 * Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
 * Verify critical supplier data such as tax ID, legal name, banking details, and contact information
 * Enter and maintain supplier data across multiple systems (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, RightAngle, Allegro, Contract Logix, Supplier Portal)
 * Generate and review system screenshots and validation records for accuracy and completeness
 * Compile and audit document packages to ensure alignment with system data
 * Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval and validation of supplier setups
 * Upload and maintain documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
 * Support special projects and process improvements as needed
