## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator - Applications & Cloud to join a growing IT team. This role will focus on the administration and support of cloud platforms, business applications, collaboration tools, identity management, and SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and enjoys working across applications, projects, security, and process improvement., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

 * 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365/cloud administration, application or CRM administration, and IT project coordination.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
 * Experience administering CRM and other business-critical SaaS applications.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, data protection, retention, and compliance tools.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience managing or coordinating software and cloud-based projects.
 * Workflow/process automation experience, particularly Nintex, is a plus.
 * Financial services industry experience is helpful but not required.
 * Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

## Description

* Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
 * Manage Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, including identity and access management, SSO, application registrations, and conditional access.
 * Administer and configure the organization's CRM platform, including users, integrations, and data quality.
 * Manage SaaS applications, licensing, onboarding/offboarding, upgrades, and vendor relationships.
 * Configure and monitor Microsoft Purview capabilities, including data loss prevention, retention, and sensitivity labeling.
 * Coordinate cloud and software projects, including migrations, integrations, and system rollouts.
 * Troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues and provide escalation support.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base materials.
 * Support audit, compliance, and security-related initiatives.
 * Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes and workflows.
