## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable degree in the Information Technology (IT) field.
 * Six (6) years of experience of Operations support.
 * Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
 * Working knowledge using Power BI and SharePoint.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * Additional certifications in IT programs related to experience are preferred but not required.
 * Recommended certifications for the SQL database developer role are the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Data Platform or the Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional.
 * Experience writing functions and procedures in MS Access and Visual Basic is preferred.

## Description

ABSC is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Database Specialist who will perform duties in support of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC).

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access. Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in DISS and be within scope (5 Years)., The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) Support Services has initiated this effort to provide support in the development of security related documentation to include Science & Technology Protection Plans (S&T PP) and Program Protection Plans (PPPs), critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans that utilize a systematic approach to technology protection, intelligence analysis, and multi- discipline security specialist support to provide risk mitigation across the Army to protect Army personnel, facilities, infrastructure, networks and national security information., * Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide matrix on the CIDA workload.

 * Develop, maintain, and update the customer tracking database and provide metrics on the status of all programs supported (i.e., program milestone, S&T PP status, PPP status, type, and number of surveys and/or assessments conducted, etc.).
