This individual will leverage Cameo/MagicDraw (preferred) or other SysML-based tools to develop and maintain system models, manage requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include translating customer needs into actionable architectures and models, participating in model reviews and integration efforts, and helping define evolving Digital Engineering processes and standards. Junior-level engineers will primarily focus on hands-on model development while working closely with senior team members, whereas senior engineers will provide architecture guidance, shape modeling strategy, mentor other modelers, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers on the value and application of MBSE. Each engineer will be aligned to a single program and work as part of a larger modeling team.
