* Erfahrung mit Symfony, idealerweise konkret mit Sulu CMS

 * Erfahrung in der Übernahme und Analyse bestehender Codebasen
 * Selbstständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise
 * Deutschkenntnisse mindestens verhandlungssicher, da die enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung zentraler Teil der Rolle ist

Von Vorteil, kein Muss

 * Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder vergleichbaren CRM-/Marketing-Automation-Systemen
 * Erfahrung mit PIM-Systemen oder produktdatengetriebenen Web-Publishing-Prozessen

## Description

Website & CMS

 * Technische Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Unternehmenswebsites und digitalen Plattformen
 * Übernahme des Backend-Zugangs und der Systemverantwortung unserer Websiten auf Basis von Sulu (Symfony)
 * Fehlerbehebung, Performance- und Sicherheitspflege der Website, Hosting-Koordination mit unserem Cloud-Anbieter
 * Technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres HubSpot-CRM-Systems
 * Anbindung und Pflege von Schnittstellen zwischen Website, HubSpot und weiteren internen Systemen
 * Regelmäßige technische und inhaltliche Website Optimierung

Mitarbeit an unternehmensweite Automatisierungsprozesse, * Eine Systemlandschaft mit klarer Verantwortung

 * Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und IT
 * Gestaltungsspielraum beim Aufbau der internen Digitalkompetenz - diese Rolle wird bewusst neu geschaffen, nicht nachbesetzt
