 * Sie dokumentieren und analysieren die Support-Fälle, leiten daraus Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung ab und sorgen dafür, dass die Knowledge Base praxisnah und stets aktuell bleibt
 * Bei komplexen Anliegen koordinieren sie die Zusammenarbeit mit den Third-Level-Experten und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
 * Sie verantworten den gesamten Lebenszyklus des IT-Equipments - von Auswahl und Beschaffung über Inventarisierung und Wartung bis hin zur Ausmusterung
 * Mit Ihrer IT-Expertise prüfen und bewerten Sie neue Systeme und Lösungen und begleiten deren Auswahl und erfolgreiche Einführung
