## About the Role

* abgeschlossenes Studium* der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse basierend auf einer langjährigen Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science / Data Engineering / Business Analytics
 * mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenplattformen auf Microsoft Azure sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure Databricks, Apache Spark und Data-Lakehouse-Architekturen
 * sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Python sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von ETL-/ELT-Prozessen, Datenintegrationen und skalierbaren Datenlösungen
 * Erfahrung im Betrieb geschäftskritischer Plattformen, in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie mit DevOps-/DataOps-Praktiken, CI/CD-Pipelines und Data-Governance-Anforderungen
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Sprachniveau C1) und sichere fachbezogene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzlich freuen wir uns über

 * Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Fabric, Power BI und Self-Service-Analytics-Lösungen
 * Kenntnisse in Machine Learning, MLOps, Generative AI oder Infrastructure-as-Code-Lösungen (z. B. Terraform)
 * eine analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und interdisziplinären Teams
