* Sicherstellung des stabilen und SLA-konformen Betriebs von Anwendungen und Plattformen in Cloud-, On-Premises- und Hybrid-Umgebungen
 * Durchführung von Deployments, Releases, Updates und Wartungsmaßnahmen
 * Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Vermeidung von Störungen
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Lösungen
 * Definition und Auswertung von Betriebs-KPIs sowie Reportinglösungen
 * Umsetzung von Incident-, Change- und Serviceprozessen nach ITIL
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk-, Security- und Entwicklungsteams
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung eines domänenweiten Operations-Modells
