 * Leidenschaft: Freude daran, AI-Anwendungsfälle mit echtem Nutzen zu identifizieren, pragmatisch umzusetzen und technologische Möglichkeiten in produktive Lösungen zu überführen.
 * Kommunikation: Fähigkeit, über technische und fachliche Schnittstellen hinweg wirksam zusammenzuarbeiten und Anforderungen von Non-IT-Stakeholdern in tragfähige AI-Lösungen zu übersetzen; Erfahrung im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Rollen und Disziplinen.
 * Stärken: Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungspraktiken wie Version Control, Testing, APIs und deployment-orientierter Implementierung, dazu ein gutes Gespür dafür, wann AI echten Mehrwert schafft - und wann ein konventioneller Ansatz die bessere Lösung ist.
