## About the Role

* Enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related field) with availability of approximately 12 months
 * Strong analytical and numerical skills
 * Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with data management tools
 * Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Basic understanding of shipping industry terminology (VSA, SCA) is advantageous
 * Good communication skills for interaction with operators and NetEx

## Description

In this role you will assist the team in the preparation, review and reconciliation of VSA and SCA financial settlements. You will maintain service data, long-term schedules and allocation tables, monitor schedule compliance and work closely with NetEx to coordinate corrective measures., * Prepare, review and reconcile VSA and SCA financial settlements

 * Maintain up-to-date service data in internal systems
 * Update long-term schedules and allocation tables for vessel operations
 * Monitor schedule compliance against agreed timelines
 * Coordinate corrective actions with the NetEx team
 * Support operators with data queries and reporting
 * Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
 * Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
