Du hilfst den Kunden beim Einrichten des IT-Systems

 - Konfigurieren und Bespielen von Hardware
 - Planung der IT-Systeme des Kunden
 - Sollte der Kunde Fragen bezüglich seiner Hardware oder des IT-Systems haben, bietest Du ihm die entscheidende Support Dienstleistung
 - Erlernen von Verständnis für die Handhabung von IT-Systemen sowie deren Reparatur
 - Lernen von Optimierungen beispielsweise im Bereich Datensicherung
 - Installation der Stromversorgung und die Erstellung eines wirkungsvollen Stromkreises
