 - Planung und Umsetzung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (z. B. Ubiquiti UniFi, Switching, WLAN, VLAN)
 - Technischer Support (1st & 2nd Level) für unsere B2B-Kunden
 - Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 - Dokumentation von Kundeneinsätzen und Infrastruktur
 - Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundensysteme im Rahmen von Managed Services
