 - Experience in a NOC, Operations Center, or similar technical support setting.
 - Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

## Description

Monitor Operational Technology (OT) systems for alarms and incidents to ensure system availability and reliability.

 - Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting for critical OT environments.
 - Escalate complex issues to engineering teams as required.
 - Use monitoring and alerting tools to track system performance and identify issues.
 - Respond to and document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
 - Diagnose and resolve basic system, network, and application problems.
 - Collaborate with technical teams, following escalation processes and maintaining effective communication.
 - Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 support.
 - Apply knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching) in support tasks.
 - Leverage familiarity with OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, and HMIs.
 - Maintain accurate records and documentation for incidents and troubleshooting activities.
 - (Preferred) Support OT cybersecurity efforts, Windows Server administration, OT infrastructure maintenance, and industrial control systems.
