## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, Statistics, Data Engineering, Business, etc.)
 * 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting/data analysis
 * Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as Power BI, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, Excel, and related Microsoft technologies
 * Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical groups
 * Preferred: exposure to using AI tools in analytics workflows.

## Description

* Partner with leaders and front-line teams to understand reporting needs and define metrics/KPIs.
 * Analyze operational and utilization data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
 * Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts (Power BI and Microsoft reporting stack).
 * Translate findings into clear business "stories" leaders can act on.
 * Manage a portfolio of recurring reporting plus ad hoc analysis.
 * Support break/fix and enhancements for existing reporting assets.
 * Contribute to data quality, governance, documentation, and analytics best practices.
