## Description

Hope Network is seeking an HRIS Specialist to administer and optimize our UKG system in support of mission-driven behavioral health and disability services. This role manages day-to-day HRIS operations, maintains data integrity, configures workflows, and develops reports to support HR and leadership decision-making. The specialist troubleshoots issues, partners with HR and IT on enhancements, and trains end users. You'll collaborate across a compassionate, interdisciplinary team, helping streamline HR processes so staff can focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care to the communities we serve., * Administer and support the UKG HRIS for all HR functional areas

 * Maintain data integrity through audits, quality checks, and security controls
 * Configure fields, workflows, business rules, and self-service features in UKGDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
 * Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate solutions with HR, IT, and vendors
 * Document HRIS processes, configurations, and change history
 * Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality
 * Assist with HR technology projects, upgrades, and new module implementations
 * Ensure compliance with relevant HR, privacy, and security requirements
 * Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement system and process improvements
