This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded program leader who understands complex electronics and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, customers, and business. You will help lead programs from customer requirements through development and delivery, ensuring technical objectives, schedules, resources, and customer expectations are aligned. The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills combined with a solid understanding of custom IC, PCB, FPGA, or ASIC design. Experience supporting Mil-Aero, government, and industrial customers is highly valued. You will work closely with engineering, business development, and customers to coordinate complex technical programs, identify and resolve challenges, communicate program status, and help ensure successful execution. If you enjoy managing challenging engineering programs, working directly with customers, and contributing to the development of advanced semiconductor solutions, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both customer success and business growth.
