 * Entertainment or media industry background with content slates, production and release timelines, and title-level data.
 * Proven ability to convert unstructured input into structured, reliable data.
 * Track record handling confidential or pre-release information in a professional setting.
 * Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and a focus on data accuracy.
 * Comfort with low-code or no-code tooling and relational data concepts such as tables, linked records, formulas, and views.
 * Excellent written communication, including clear notes, status, and escalations.
 * Preferred: Airtable experience with formulas, views, and interfaces.
 * Preferred: Marketing data experience across campaign planning, media, or creative operations.

## Description

* Attend recurring stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions.
 * Confirm data directly with accountable business leaders before entry.
 * Enter and maintain records accurately and within established turnaround expectations.
 * Handle confidential and pre-release information with discretion, including embargoed titles, unannounced projects, and internal timelines.
 * Triaging in-the-moment stakeholder requests to determine what can be entered directly versus what needs confirmation.
 * Arrive to weekly alignment prepared with the state of work.
 * Identify and escalate data conflicts, stale records, and process friction.
 * Maintain a running observations log and provide recommendations on data health and cross-team patterns.
 * Provide direct feedback on the workflow to inform ongoing process design.
