 * Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
 * Must have flexibility in hours according to specific needs and troubleshooting

## Description

* Assist employees with computer, printer, tablet, account, network, phone, and software issues.
 * Troubleshoot problems, document what was attempted, and follow up with the user until the issue is resolved.
 * Support Microsoft products, including Windows, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
 * Set up computers, tablets, user accounts, and other equipment for new or existing employees.
 * Work closely with contracted IT company when an issue requires vendor access, advanced troubleshooting, purchasing, or network changes.
 * Learn and support the phone system, camera system, including basic user assistance, phone setup, extensions, and issue escalation.
 * Use contracted IT company's ticketing system to submit requests, add useful details, monitor progress, and confirm resolution.
 * Maintain accurate IT equipment records and keep storage areas organized.
 * Help Maintain Kiosk Tablets
 * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving withing the organization
