This position will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and can sit remotely for the right candidate working EST hours., This individual will be hands-on Dynamics 365 SCM professional to support, enhance, and optimize an established D365 Supply Chain Management environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise within D365 SCM, experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain business processes, and working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external support partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot system issues, and support future automation and AI-enabled capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem., Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management - Support, maintain, and optimize the existing Dynamics 365 SCM environment. - Troubleshoot functional issues and support ongoing business process improvements. - Partner with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and implement solutions. - Provide functional expertise across procurement, inventory, planning, logistics, and order fulfillment processes. Power Platform & Automation - Develop and support basic Power Automate workflows. - Assist with Power Platform administration, integrations, and future Copilot/agent deployments. - Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes. Integrations & Application Support - Support integrations between D365 and third-party applications. - Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, and data synchronization issues. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain application performance and stability.
