## Description

Global Partners LP seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems & Salesforce to lead the design, optimization, and governance of Salesforce and adjacent sales/marketing systems for our Energy & Utilities business. Partnering with Sales & Business Development, you will own CRM strategy, roadmap, and data integrity; translate commercial needs into scalable system solutions; and oversee integrations with forecasting, pricing, and reporting tools. You will manage a small team and vendors, champion user adoption, define KPIs, and deliver analytics that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence in a safety-focused, collaborative culture., * Own Salesforce and commercial systems strategy, roadmap, and governance for Sales & Business Development

 * Lead configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and related tools to support commercial processes
 * Ensure data integrity, data governance, and high-quality reporting for sales, pipeline, and margin analytics
 * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
 * Manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP, pricing, forecasting, and marketing systems
 * Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that drive revenue growth and process efficiency
 * Lead and mentor a small team of admins/analysts and manage external vendors/consultants
 * Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
 * Maintain strong focus on security, compliance, and safety in system design and use
 * Continuously identify and implement improvements that enhance commercial effectiveness and customer experience
