## About the Role

Required Certification: Must complete/maintain DoD IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) per DoDD 8570/8140., 10+ years administering complex, highly customized enterprise systems, with direct experience in SAP ECC 6.08, BW 7.5, and NetWeaver 7.5 environments comparable in scale/customization to CNIC's.
Hands-on OpenText/ECM administration experience.
Working knowledge of Epitome/HMS/Liaison lodging systems (or equivalent hospitality/property management ERP) as a plus.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, transport management, client/system copies.
Familiarity with DoD IT security policy, STIGs, and PCI DSS compliance in a SAP context

## Description

Install, configure, patch, and upgrade SAP ECC/BW/EP/SM systems and OpenText ECM.
Monitor system health and performance; tune databases, buffers, disk.
Administer SAP user accounts, roles, authorizations, and security profiles.
Plan/test backup and disaster recovery for SAP and OpenText environments.
Configure Solution Manager for monitoring, diagnostics, incident management.
Support data/config handoff for finance and HR system migrations, and lodging system (RMS) migration support including reports and data extracts.
Maintain High-Level Design documentation (environment overview, SAP config, Linux config, ABAP doc coordination) and system performance/capacity reports.
Ensure DoD STIG and PCI DSS compliance; participate in audits and risk assessments.
