This position requires a proactive leader who can drive platform modernization, automation, operational resilience, data quality, and continuous improvement across a global technology environment., * Overall 10+ years of IT experience is required * Strong programming experience using Python and advanced SQL, with a focus on data transformation, analytics, and enterprise data integration. * Hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedures * Experience in data engineering, data integration, or enterprise data management within financial services. * Hands on experience in supporting risk, exposure, or financial analytics platforms. * Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for large-scale data processing and ETL. * Experience designing and managing Databricks environments, including Medallion Architecture, Workflows and orchestration * Experience operating or supporting global, distributed, and offshore-leveraged teams in a regulated environment. * Experience with Airflow or Astronomer is a plus. * Experience with cloud computing and infrastructure, including Azure, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Kafka, Spark-based distributed computing, and other cloud-native technologies. * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools. * Familiarity with regulatory risk data principles, including aggregation, reconciliation, traceability, transparency, and auditability. ## Description We are seeking a senior data Integration engineering leader to design, develop, and support scalable data solutions for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and Exposure Management (EM) platforms.
